yourprompt.in ("we", "us", "our") is operated by YourPrompt, based in Tamil Nadu, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered YouTube scriptwriting platform at yourprompt.in (the "Service").
By using our Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information from Google OAuth
When you sign in using Google Authentication, we receive:
- Your Google email address
- Your display name and profile picture
- A unique Google user identifier
We do not receive or store your Google password.
2.2 YouTube Channel Data
When you link your YouTube channel during onboarding, we access:
- Your channel name, URL, and public video metadata (titles, descriptions)
- Publicly available video transcripts for Voice DNA analysis
- An optional "Inspiration Channel" URL you provide
We only access publicly available YouTube data. We do not access private/unlisted videos or YouTube Analytics.
2.3 AI-Generated Content
- Voice DNA analysis results (tone, pacing, vocabulary patterns)
- Generated scripts, SEO metadata, and keywords
- User-submitted topics and script refinement inputs
2.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations including amount, status, and Razorpay transaction IDs.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity and provide access to the Service
- To analyze your YouTube content and generate your Voice DNA profile
- To generate scripts, SEO metadata, and related AI-powered content
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To improve our AI models and Service quality (using anonymized, aggregated data only)
- To communicate important Service updates and support responses
4. AI Data Processing
Our Service uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to process your content. When generating scripts or analyzing Voice DNA:
- Your input data (topics, transcripts, Voice DNA) is sent to AI providers for processing
- AI providers process data according to their respective privacy policies
- We do not use your content to train third-party AI models
- Generated outputs are stored in our database and belong to you
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- AI Providers (Google, Anthropic) — for content generation and analysis
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Supabase — for database hosting and authentication
- Vercel — for application hosting
- Law Enforcement — if required by applicable Indian law
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored with us
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing

We use essential cookies for authentication session management (Supabase Auth). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
