1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using yourprompt.in (the "Service"), operated by YourPrompt, Tamil Nadu, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

yourprompt.in is an AI-powered YouTube scriptwriting platform that analyzes a creator's existing YouTube content to extract their unique speaking style ("Voice DNA") and generates scripts in Tanglish (Tamil-English blend), Pure Tamil, or Hybrid formats. The Service includes script generation, SEO/GEO optimization, and related creative tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must provide accurate information during onboarding (your own YouTube channel)
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Content Ownership

• You retain full intellectual property rights over all generated scripts
• You are free to use, modify, publish, and monetize generated content without restriction
• We do not claim ownership over any content you create using the Service
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish

5. Credits & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: 2.0 lifetime credits upon registration. No credit card required.
• Creator Plan (₹699/mo): 10 credits per month, renewed on billing date.
• Pro Plan (₹1,499/mo): 30 credits per month, renewed on billing date.
• Credits are consumed per script generation based on duration (0.5–2.0 credits per script)
• Unused credits from paid plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle
• Credit costs for specific actions are displayed before each generation

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or violates any third-party rights
• Impersonate another creator or use someone else's channel without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's AI systems
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests or abuse the API
• Circumvent credit limits or payment systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. AI Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated scripts before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific YouTube metrics (views, subscribers, watch time).
• Voice DNA analysis is an approximation of your speaking style and may not perfectly replicate your voice.
• Generated SEO/GEO suggestions are based on AI analysis and are not guarantees of search ranking.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, yourprompt.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your stored scripts and Voice DNA data will be deleted within 30 days
• Termination does not affect your ownership of previously generated content

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
