Quick Summary
- •Free credits are non-refundable (they're free)
- •No refunds after credits have been used
- •Full refund within 48 hours if zero credits consumed
- •Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Eligible for Refund
You may request a full refund if:
- You request within 48 hours of your subscription purchase
- You have consumed zero (0) credits from that billing cycle
- There was a duplicate or erroneous charge
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Credits have already been partially or fully used
- The refund request is made after 48 hours of purchase
- The account was suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Free-tier credits are not refundable (they are complimentary)
2. How Credits Work
When you generate a script, credits are deducted from your account balance based on the script duration:
| Script Type | Duration | Credit Cost |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube Short | < 60 seconds | 0.5 credits |
| Standard Video | 1–5 minutes | 1.0 credit |
| Authority Video | > 5 minutes | 2.0 credits |
Once a credit is consumed (script generation completes), it cannot be reversed or refunded. This is because AI compute costs are incurred at the moment of generation.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all paid features until the billing period ends
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
- Your Voice DNA, scripts, and library data are preserved — nothing is deleted upon downgrade
